Take time to relax during the holidays

Yoga instructor Louisa Klein is offering an hour-long workshop to help you decompress from holiday stress on Tuesday, Dec. 10, from 10 to 11 a.m., at the Village Center. Learn guided meditations using simple breathing and sound techniques to balance, calm and nourish you, and simple skills and practices to overcome anxiety. Cultivate an attitude of gratitude, which can have an overall positive impact on your mental health and wellbeing. Registration is required.
