Make a plan for your sick day

Amy Bocala, BSN, RN, CDCES, will discuss “Sick Day Care”on Wednesday, Oct. 8, at 1 p.m., at the Village Center. Plan ahead to have what you need on hand, tips for nourishment and hydration when feeling poorly, medications that should not be taken and when to reach out to the doctor. This program is a partnership between Suburban Hospital and the Friendship Heights Village Center. Registration is required.
