More fun with acrylics

Margarita Caro returns to the Village Center to guide a fun and relaxing class on painting with acrylics on Saturday, April 25, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at the Village Center. Acrylic is easy to use, cleans up with water, and doesn’t use complex chemicals. Because acrylic paint dries in minutes, it can easily be painted over to correct color or composition. For those who do not have drawing experience, the reference image will be transferred by carbon paper (an easy and acceptable way for artists of all levels). A reference image will be provided, and you need to bring your creativity and a relaxed attitude.

The cost is $15 for Village residents; $20 for nonresidents, and includes instructions and all materials to create an 8X10 painting. Wear old clothing! Registration is required. Click on “Sign Up for Programs” at the top of the page.
