Low Vision group presents some solutions to prescription issues

If the print on prescription medicines is too small or the digital display on medical devices is hard or impossible to read, there are alternatives. Learn about pharmacies that can provide large print or audible labels and at-home medical devices with audible options. The Society for the Prevention of Blindness Low Vision Resources group presents “Prescriptions and Medical Devices you can see or hear” on Thursday, Nov. 20, at 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., at the Village Center. There will be an opportunity to share your solutions as well. To register, click on the “Sign up for Programs!” button at the top of the page, or call the Friendship Heights Village Center at 301- 656-2797.
