Concert: Beltway Brass

On Wednesday, December 3, the Beltway Brass Quintet will perform from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Huntley Hall in the Village Center. The Beltway Brass Quintet has been performing in and around Washington, D.C., since 2003 when they were formed by leader Zack Smith. The group also features the talents of Chas Peterson, Kevin Grasel, Dan “Big Daddy” Haverstock, and Tom Holtz. The repertoire for the group is unusual in its emphasis on 20th-century jazz harmonies and stylings. Join the band for an evening of holiday favorites.
