Ch/Art’s Renee Sandell offers ‘creative workout’ during talk

Interactive Artist Talk: Visual Fitness® and Virtue Maps Renee Sandell will lead an interactive artist talk centered on Visual Fitness® and her unique Virtue Maps, utilizing her Marking & Mapping® approach during an art talk on Sunday, Jan. 18, at 12 p.m., at the Village Center. The session invites participants to actively engage in a brief, hands-on creative “workout” designed to spark both insight and creativity. After the activity, attendees will have the opportunity to share their artwork and personal reflections in a supportive group environment. Participants are encouraged to bring a sketch book and a thin black Sharpie marker or a soft pencil (without an eraser) to use during the session. Open to individuals at all levels, from curious novices to seasoned professionals, this experience is crafted to inspire joyfulness, personal growth, and connection through creative exploration. Ceramicist Kanika Sircar and fiber artist Sally O’Connell will also make presentations. Registration is required to ensure a seat.
