Surgeon offers strategies to manage knee and hip arthritis

Relief from joint stiffness, swelling, and pain can come through various options. Sandesh Rao, M.D., an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee care, will explain the strategies one can take to manage knee and hip arthritis during this month’s Suburban Lecture on Wednesday, Nov. 12, at 1 p.m. at the Village Center.  This program is a partnership between Suburban Hospital and the Friendship Heights Village Center.
