Movie: Train Dreams

Based on Denis Johnson’s novella, Train Dreams is a contemplative and poetic film following Robert Grainier (Joel Edgerton), an early 20th-century American railroad laborer in the Pacific Northwest. He lives a simple, hard life, marred by the loss of his wife and child in a fire, plunging him into profound, long-term grief. Rated PG-13. Running Time: 1 hour, 43 minutes.
