Explore the life and works of ground-breaking photographer and filmmaker Gordon Parks with a special Black History Month presentation on Thursday, Feb. 29, at 2 p.m. at the Village Center. The presentation by artist-photographer Akeel Ali will briefly highlight and touch upon Gordon’s life experiences, prominent works, and his fight against racial inequality.
