Do we need to know a great deal about music history, form,or technical terminology in order to truly appreciate classical music?
In this lecture / recital on Monday, Sept. 28, at 2:30 p.m., Duo Soliste, featuring pianist Minna Han and violinist Jiyun Lee, explores how we can listen to classical music more deeply and enjoy it more fully from the perspective of performers. Rather than focusing primarily on music theory or specialized knowledge, we will explore how our imagination can open up as we listen to music.
