It all starts with drawing a line

Learn the basics of drawing and create a foundation for further artwork. Holly Buehler, a long-time art instructor in Montgomery County, teaches the essentials of drawing with shape, form and shading techniques during a four-week class, Tuesdays, Sept. 30 to Oct. 21, 12:30 to 3 p.m. Draw from still life or bring your own photos. Materials will be available for students to use during the class. The cost is $130 for residents; $140 for nonresidents. A minimum of six students is required. Sign up by Sept. 22.
