Giant Supermarket Pharmacy will administer high-dose and regular flu shots to Village residents at the Village Center. You must schedule an appointment by registering through SignUpGenius at https://www.signupgenius.com/go/904054dabac29a2fa7-flushots1, beginning September 6.
The cost of the regular shot is $50 and the cost of the higher-dose shot -which is recommended for those over 65 – is $100. There is no charge for individuals with Medicare Part B as their primary insurance (not PPO, HMO or Medicare Advantage), but you must bring your card with a current identification number and matching address, and a completed consent form.
