Flu Shot Clinic set for October 23

Giant Supermarket Pharmacy will administer high-dose regular flu, and Moderna and Pfizer Covid shots to Village residents on Wednesday, Oct. 23, from. 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Village Center. Registration for the Oct. 23 clinic begins Oct. 2. Please bring your Medicare or insurance card, waiver, and photo i.d. to your appointment. If not covered by Medicare or insurance, the high dose recommended for those 65 and older costs are: Fluzone $136; and Fluad, $132. The regular dose vaccine prices are FluZone $63; Flucelvax $78; and Fluarix, $60. Appointments are required and may be made online.
