Concert: Motown and more with the Ray Apollo Allen Band

A local singer living in the Fort Washington area, ray Apollo Allen formed the singing group Apollo Brothers with his brother Butch and friend Jackie Love in the 1960s. He went solo until 2000. In 2006, Ray Allen joined the legendary group, The Orioles. Over the years, he shared the stage with some of the greatest acts of the ’50s, ’60s and ’70s, including The Drifters and The Platters.
