Friendship Gallery

The Friendship Gallery at the Village Center welcomes some of the region’s most talented artists working in a variety of media from oil, acrylic, watercolor, ink, pencil, fiber, photography, pottery, glass, and more. From monthly art exhibits and receptions to art classes, workshops, talks, open studio time, artisan fairs, and even art excursions, the Village Center sponsors a wide variety of art-related programming.

Throughout the Village Center, in our auditorium, along our walls, and in the classrooms, art abounds. So stop in to view the artwork, attend a lecture, enroll in a class, or join us on a trip. See how art and the Village Center complement each other to make Friendship Heights Village an exciting and vibrant community.

To view this month’s Friendship Gallery, please be advised the Village Center is open Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Art in the auditorium is occasionally not available for viewing because of activities in that room. Please check with the front desk upon arrival. All sales are final.
