Parents, bring your toddlers to the Village Center on Tuesday, Aug. 8, at 10 a.m. for a special storytime dedicated to the thrills of transportation. Our storytime volunteer will read the books, “I Went Walking,” by Sue Williams, “Flight 1, 2, 3” by Maria Van Lieshout, “Row, Row, Row Your Boat,” by Jane Cabrera, and “Freight Train,” by Donald Crews. Children can also do a transportation-themed craft. To reserve a space, please call the Village Center at 301-656-2797. Children must be accompanied by an adult or caregiver.
