Come to the Village Center on Thursday, November 17, at 2 p.m., to learn how to support your lungs and large intestine during the autumn season when Dr. Kimberly Coleman discusses ways to ope when we inevitably overeat during family gatherings.
Dr. Coleman, a registered nurse and doctor of acupuncture, will be offering an overview of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and its modalities, dietary suggestions and lifestyle adaptations for fall, along with self-care treatments for seasonal conditions, such as the common cold and flu.
