Friendship Heights Village is a cluster of high rise apartment buildings west of Wisconsin Avenue in Maryland just over the District border. A community center and carefully decorated gardens serve as the center of this neighborhood. The center offers regular activities to the residents. It also attracts the MVA mobile bus unit which parks in the neighborhood once a month to administer licenses renewals and tags. PHOTOGRAPHER: Emilie Sommer/FTWP
